Coaching through walking in nature is an important and approachable part of Future Flow's approach. For example, a relaxing silence walk can be helpful for a hyperactive person. The silence of nature offers peace and space for reflection.
In walking coaching, you are coached while walking outside, usually in nature. What you see or encounter along the way can be used as input to gain insight into your question or problem.
Walking coaching not only gets you moving physically, but also mentally. By literally staying in motion, a question from the coach can sink in better to arrive at answers.
