The badge earner is a Member of International Coaching Federation Professional Coaches, the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards. As an ICF Member, the badge earner is enrolled in an accredited coach training program or has completed 60 hours of training aligned with ICF standards, and commits to abiding by the ICF Code of Ethics.

Earning criteria: to qualify for ICF Membership, an individual must hold a current ICF Credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC); have completed at least 60 hours of coach-specific training that meets ICF standards; OR be enrolled in 60 hours of coach-specific training in a program that has either the ICF Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) or Approved Coach-Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) distinction. ICF Members also commit to abide by the ICF Code of Ethics.
