With more than 20 years of experience in financial and credit management positions at VPK and Barry Callebaut, among others, Bart De Backer launched his own company in early 2022 : Future Flow BV. As a professional coach, he helps entrepreneurs, business leaders and managers throughout Europe who want to consciously invest in their personal and professional future. Bart focuses in a pragmatic way on their personal growth and development, helping them discover their potential and their own 'future flow'. Future Flow helps you with a customized coaching program (1-on-1 or in small group).

"The fact of 'flow' has a deep meaning for me. When you are in your flow, time has no impact, you just keep going. Getting someone into their 'future flow,' that is the core of my coaching. I also find it an absolute must to link the name of my coaching practice to my favorite music band 'Pearl Jam'. Future Flow is the combination of 2 Pearl Jam songs: 'Future days' and 'Even flow'."
